Le Park Hotel Izmir est situé dans le centre-ville d'Izmir, à 3 minutes à pied de la foire d'Izmir et à 5 minutes de Kordon. Nous avons essayé de créer un bâtiment architectural différent qui présente une vision artistique, en dehors de la vision standard des hôtels modernes. Le bâtiment intérieur de notre hôtel a été construit par un artiste et non par un architecte d'intérieur. Notre hôtel compte 6 suites et 43 chambres, soit 49 chambres au total et une salle de conférence pouvant accueillir 45 personnes. L'une de nos différences par rapport aux autres hôtels est la diffusion par satellite dans chaque chambre. Nos clients peuvent choisir parmi 1 000 chaînes, pas limitées à 30 ou 40 chaînes et, en particulier, les clients étrangers peuvent avoir la chance de trouver une chaîne dans leur langue maternelle. Les chaînes multivision qui diffusent les films dans les salles de cinéma sont également actives sans codes secrets.
