L'Hotel Chancilleria est situé à Jerez De La Frontera. Jerez de la Frontera est l'endroit idéal pour explorer les villages blanchis à la chaux tels qu'Arcos de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Ubrique, Grazalema, les collines et les réserves naturelles, dont la forêt de chênes-lièges d'Alcornocales.
