Le THB Tropical Island est situé à Playa Blanca, un paisible village de pêcheurs de la municipalité de Yaiza, au sud de Lanzarote. Il a été construit dans le respect de l'environnement et des lignes architecturales de l'île, en conservant les couleurs et les hauteurs typiques. 414 appartements, dont 45 ont des portes communicantes. Ils sont répartis en plusieurs blocs individuels entièrement équipés avec de grandes chambres, une kitchenette, un salon et une salle de bains. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une terrasse ou d'un balcon. L'hôtel dispose de 2 grandes salles d'exposition pouvant accueillir 450 personnes.
