Yes, we have paper and cardboard recycling at the hotel and our staff are trained to recycle when possible. We have also opted to keep certain daily records purely digital to cut down on paper usage and disposal.

Yes, we use wooden stirrers and paper cups. We also reuse old towels as housekeeping rags to reduse the need for cotton or plastic cleaning supplies
