Mareel is situated in in a prominent quayside area in Lerwick next to the Shetland Museum and Archives. We offer hire options for many of the excellent spaces in Mareel for all kinds of events, from weddings and conferences, concerts and gigs, to private film screenings, parties, rehearsal space, and recording studio time. The spaces available for hire include: the Main Auditorium, the Green Room, the Media Lab, the Recording Studio, and Screen 2. You can hold your upcoming event here!
