Welcome to Think Tank. Located adjacent to the Lincoln University campus, with easy access to Lincoln city centre, these 21 fully managed offices and 9 workspaces offer some of the best facilities in the Lincolnshire and East Midlands region. Our large, light and airy conference room (Orange Room) is 988 sq ft which can accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre style or smaller numbers in various room layouts.

Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture.
Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
