Le chef Neal Fraser et Amy Knoll Fraser, restaurateurs de longue date de Los Angeles, ont visité la propriété Vibiana et en sont tombés amoureux en 2008. Ils ont passé les 4 années suivantes à planifier pour en prendre la relève et ont finalement acquis l'exploitation du complexe fin 2012. Lors d'événements spéciaux, les Fraser mettent en œuvre leur philosophie holistique d'accueil axée sur les clients, affinée au cours de trente ans d'expérience dans le secteur des restaurants.
