L'Eurostars Central dispose d'une couverture Wi-Fi dans l'ensemble de ses locaux, de quatre salles de réunion, d'une salle de sport, d'un parking intérieur d'une hauteur maximale de 1,90 m et d'un café-bar, entre autres installations. Il y a trois lignes (1,4, 10) et trois stations de métro (Alonso Martínez, Tribunal et Bilbao) à seulement 4 minutes à pied de la porte de l'hôtel.
