Politique d'annulation

Les réservations sont confirmées dès réception de votre acompte (égal à la moitié du montant minimum de la réservation, sauf indication contraire) et du dépôt de garantie remboursable ou de la police d'assurance événement. Le paiement intégral est dû au moins 25 jours avant votre séjour/événement. Si le solde n'est pas réglé 25 jours avant l'arrivée, une pénalité de retard de 50$ par jour vous sera facturée. Si le solde n'est pas payé dans les 10 jours suivant l'arrivée, Retreat Ranch se réserve le droit d'annuler la réservation sans aucun remboursement au locataire. Si vous annulez avec un préavis de 180 jours ou plus, un remboursement moins 500$ plus des frais de traitement des cartes de crédit de 7 % sera effectué. Si vous annulez avec un préavis de 179 à 120 jours, un remboursement de 50 % des sommes versées sera remboursé, plus 7 % de frais de traitement de carte de crédit. Si vous annulez dans un délai de 119 à 91 jours, un crédit de 50 % du montant payé sera émis (ce crédit n'expire pas et ne s'applique pas non plus aux dates de vacances, sous réserve de restrictions). Moins de 90 jours et plus tôt, il n'y a aucun remboursement ni crédit. Une option est que nous pouvons également ouvrir la date sans remboursement pour voir si la réservation est modifiée. Nous procéderons alors à un remboursement complet, moins 10 % de frais de traitement et de carte de crédit en cas de nouvelle réservation. Vous pouvez modifier votre date avec un préavis de 120 jours ou plus moyennant des frais de modification de 250$. Catastrophes majeures/conditions météorologiques : si, pour une raison quelconque due à des conditions météorologiques ou à une autre catastrophe naturelle incontrôlable, les installations ne peuvent pas être utilisées pour votre retraite, nous reporterons votre date sans pénalité ni indemnisation due à l'une ou l'autre des parties pour le changement de date.
