Située sur les rives de la rivière Azmak, la résidence ottomane a ouvert ses portes en mai 2005. La résidence ottomane rappelle celle d'un Han ottoman. Les chambres donnent sur une cour centrale dotée d'un plan d'eau. Les 39 chambres disposent de la climatisation, d'un ventilateur, d'un minibar, d'une télévision, d'une bouilloire, d'une salle de bains privative et de toilettes avec sèche-cheveux et d'un balcon avec vue sur les eucalyptus d'un côté et les orangeraies de l'autre. L'hôtel propose des salles de conférence pouvant convenir à des réunions et à des événements.
