Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall - Adults Only: Designed as an exclusive retreat for adults, this side of the resort features its own dedicated reception and lounge bar in the lobby, offering a total of 344 suites. Included in this, for an elevated experience, we offer 137 Ocean View suites and 50 Premium Swim-Up Suites. The resort's pool complex consists of four interconnected pools, highlighted by a central infinity-edge pool, an active lower pool with a Wet/Dry bar, and two luxurious Jacuzzis, providing an exceptional experience for guests seeking both relaxation and recreation. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall - All Ages: Tailored for groups and families, this area features a total of 277 spacious guest rooms, including 11 Premium Swim-Up Suites and 128 Ocean View Suites. The expansive pool area offers multiple Jacuzzis, an activity pool with built-in wet circulation benches, sun shelves with Bali beds, and a dedicated pool volleyball zone. Additionally, a passive/relaxing pool highlights two lap lanes, sun shelves perfect for lounging, built-in benches along the pool for socializing, a wet/dry bar with seating for 20 in the pool and 20 on the pool deck, plus 16 luxurious Bali beds, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

Under Julie’s leadership, the valued roles of her skilled team lay the foundation for adapting to her client’s corporate culture. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award.
