Le nouveau restaurant El Churra a ouvert ses portes le 15 mars 2002. Il est situé au centre de la rue Obispo Sancho Davila. Le restaurant est totalement indépendant des hôtels et a une capacité de 250 couverts. Il possède une « bodega » ou cave climatisée où sont déposées plus de 14 000 bouteilles de vin.
