In our restaurants, you’ll experience upscale dining that honors Mexican heritage, culinary techniques, and the global explorations and inspirations of our founder, Josefina Howard. Rosa Mexicano offers an “elevated fiesta” deeply rooted in authentic Mexican cuisine, serving both beloved classics and sophisticated dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere. Our Founding Chef, Josefina Howard, opened the flagship Rosa Mexicano on New York’s Upper East Side in 1984. She was a world traveler, pioneer, entrepreneur, interior designer, chef, and innovator. Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting. Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.

The Boston Fogo is located in the historic Copley Square, across the street from The Boston Public Library and literally steps from Trinity Church and the Hancock Building. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Burlington location also features an expansive patio with firepits for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary bar with lounge seating and dry-aged meat cabinets for in-house aging.
