Situé au cœur du centre-ville de Manhattan, à l'angle de la 50e rue et de Madison Avenue, le Lotte New York Palace se trouve à quelques pas du Rockefeller Center, des théâtres de Broadway de New York, de Central Park et du quartier financier du centre-ville. L'emblématique manoir Villard datant de 1882 et sa cour de renommée mondiale incorporent des motifs provenant de plusieurs cathédrales italiennes du XVe siècle et servent d'entrée à une tour contemporaine de 55 étages.
