Où La Bottega Trattoria offre un magnifique cadre italien, avec un four à pizza à bois dans un coin et des portes vitrées donnant sur un vaste jardin extérieur de l'autre. En été, la Trattoria est un centre d'activité très fréquenté pour répondre à la forte circulation piétonnière du quartier de l'emballage de viande. Tout le monde, des familles aux mannequins en passant par les musiciens, se prélasse sur la superbe place et déguste une cuisine raffinée. Tout au long de l'hiver, une serre entièrement équipée offre un abri confortable et paisible contre les éléments. La magnifique place est attenante à La Bottega Trattoria and Cafe. Cette oasis urbaine constitue le cœur du bâtiment avec ses arbres en fleurs, son sol en terrazzo, ses lanternes japonaises en papier et ses motifs bleus et blancs qui résonnent jusque dans les sièges. L'attrait de cet espace est inévitable puisque toutes les chambres de l'hôtel et la plupart des espaces publics donnent directement sur le jardin.
