Our clients are encouraged to inspect their jobs in our shop to get a hands on feel of the scale and specific scenic elements.

Fogo elevates the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame – into a cultural dining experience of discovery. Upon entering, guests have a panoramic view of the restaurant, featuring an open kitchen with the churrasqueira grill, a White Carrara marble Market Table, and an expansive bar. The warm, contemporary dining room welcomes guests with Brazilian-inspired design elements including a hand-woven rope wall and a bas-relief interpretation of Antônio Caringi’s famous statue, O Laçador, an embodiment of the gaucho culture of Southern Brazil.
