Des partenariats ont été développés avec des groupes locaux tels que les Ottumwa Community Players, l'Ottumwa Symphony et le Greater Ottumwa Vocal Arts Project, donnant au Bridge View Center le privilège de faire découvrir les arts de la scène et les arts visuels aux résidents et aux visiteurs de tous âges et de tous horizons. Le Bridge View Center améliorera les opportunités éducatives avec le lycée d'Ottumwa et l'Indian Hills Community College grâce à des stages et à des programmes d'alternance.
