L'hôtel Universal Neptuno bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel en bord de mer, en plein cœur de Playa de Palma. L'hôtel compte 114 chambres, dont la plupart ont une vue frontale ou latérale sur la mer, 5 d'entre elles sont des suites junior et 3 d'entre elles sont des suites. Le salon peut être converti en salle de conférence avec de la lumière naturelle grâce à de grandes fenêtres et à deux coupoles au plafond. La capacité est de 80 personnes en style théâtre et 50 en style classe et si nécessaire. Nous pouvons transformer ce lieu en salle de banquet d'une capacité de 80 personnes.
