Regus - Perth St Martins Tower business centre is in one of the tallest buildings in the city. Located in the middle of Perth, it is in the business and retail precinct of St George's Terrace, one of the most sought after addresses in the city. The business centre is popular with legal firms, mining and financial services companies while also hosting a wide variety of other tenants. As well as offices, the tower contains a revolving restaurant and cocktail lounge on the top floor, the only revolving restaurant in Western Australia. With the business centre placed on the 27th floor, there are wonderful views from the offices and meeting rooms. The Economist magazine recently nominated Perth joint eighth place in its list of the world's most liveable cities.
