Imagine coming back to a serviced residence so personal - you are proud to call it home. Welcome to The Duplex. The low-rise, low-density gated community comprises 12 delightful double-storey resort townhouses which offer a private environment like that of a planned neighbourhood for long-term stay; supported by the 5-star services of Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. Every townhouse is fully furnished with contemporary Asian furniture in dark, stained hardwood and matching curtains / blinds; complemented by vibrant colours on the walls and rich timber flooring throughout. Each room is individually air-conditioned and the kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances and cooking utensils.
