Restrictions sur les installations
All events must end by 10:00PM in respect to our neighborhood noise ordinance. Renters/caterers are required to remove all trash and equipment by the end of the event and certain equipment may be prohibited in order to protect the artwork. Full day rentals are not available on Saturdays. During peak season (March-October), weekend rentals must start after 4pm. We regret that we cannot host events for minors (less than 18 years of age); including children’s birthday parties, proms, and sweet sixteen parties.
Politique d'annulation
The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but if an event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date the remainder of the balance will be refunded.

The maximum capacity is 75.
