« il bar » possède le plus grand système de conservation et de distribution de vin au monde. Ce système nous permet de maintenir la vitalité de 120 bouteilles de vin ouvertes pendant une période prolongée. En pressurisant chaque bouteille avec de l'azote inerte, le système (connu par beaucoup sous le nom de « cruvinet ») nous permet de présenter une large gamme de vins fins dans des conditions optimales. La carte des vins du Panorama change chaque semaine ! Notre objectif est de vous proposer un mélange dynamique de vins familiers, inhabituels, excellents, rares, confortables et tout simplement bons, représentant une large sélection de régions, de styles, de prix et de cépages. Chaque année, nos efforts se traduisent par l'apparition de plus de 800 vins différents sur notre système. Nous ne connaissons aucun autre programme qui offre aux consommateurs un choix aussi vaste au verre.
