This policy applies if the entire event, including accommodation, meeting spaces, and F&B functions, is canceled. Cancellation fees are as follows: • 120+ Days Before Event: Equivalent to the amount paid for the Security Deposit. • 120 to 60 Days Before Event: 50% of the contracted value for accommodation, meeting spaces, and F&B functions. • 59 Days or Fewer Before Event: 100% of the contracted value for accommodation, meeting spaces, and F&B functions. • If a guest does not check in (no-show), a charge (100%) equal to the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire scheduled stay will apply. Room Accommodation Attrition Based on an allocation of total reserved rooms per night, the following attrition terms apply for reductions in room block: • 120 to 90 Days Before Event: Up to 15% reduction: No fees Over 15% reduction: 50% of the canceled value beyond 15% • 90 to 45 Days Before Event: Up to 10% reduction: No fees Over 10% reduction: 75% of the canceled value beyond 10% • 45 Days or Fewer Before Event: Any release of rooms and any no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved room nights. Food & Beverage Function Cancellation and Attrition These terms apply to reductions in guest count for F&B functions: • 30 Days Before Event: 25% of the value of the canceled guest count • 21 Days Before Event: 50% of the value of the canceled guest count • 14 Days Before Event: 75% of the value of the canceled guest count • 7 Days or Fewer Before Event: 100% of the value of the canceled guest count

Additional details

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach Resort is a short 10-15min drive from Phuket International Airport. Turn right and head south on route 4031, then turn right again on to route 4018, the hotel is located at the northern headland of Naithon Beach. The resort can arrange private limousine transfer or alternatively taxis are available from the airport.
