From the signing of the contract up to 180 days before the arrival, there is no cancellation penalty. From 179 days to 120 days before the group’s arrival, a penalty of 25% of the total group booking amount will apply. From 120 days to 90 days before the group’s arrival, a penalty of 75% of the total group booking amount will apply. From 89 days before and up to the group’s arrival, a penalty of 100% of the total group booking amount will apply. No-shows and early departures are subject to full penalty charges.
