Cancelation fees for confirmed conference rooms and services: 30 days or more prior to the event 25% of the total price for conference rooms and services from 29 days up to 15 days prior to the event 50% of the total price for conference rooms and services from 14 days up to 6 days prior to the event 80% of the total price for conference rooms and services from 5 days or less prior to the event 100% of the total price for conference rooms and services 3 days or less prior to the event 50% of the total price for catering Price for the standard room includes buffet breakfast, VAT and city tax. CHECK-IN from 2 pm and CHECK-OUT until 11 am Price for superior/executive room includes VIP buffet breakfast, access to wellness and internet access in rooms Closing date of all requirements - 10 days before the event - All essential changes will be charged - min. a fee of 185 EUR Cancelation fees for up to 80 rooms and less: Total cancelation 30 or more days prior to arrival will result in a cancelation fee equal to 25% of the expected booking value Total cancelation 29-15 days prior to arrival will result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the expected booking value Total cancelation between 14 days and arrival day + no show will result in a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the expected booking value Cancelation fees for 81 and more rooms: Total cancelation between 180 - 90 days prior to arrival will result in a cancelation fee equal to 30% of the expected booking value Total cancelation 89 - 30 days prior to arrival will result in a cancelation fee equal to 70% of the expected booking value Total cancelation later than 29 days prior to arrival day + no show will result in a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the expected booking value
