Wilton Centre situated on Teesside in the North East of England provides office, laboratory and pilot plant accommodation at competitive rental terms with immediate occupancy.The spacious complex is set in a 75 acre landscaped park with its own lake and courtyards. It is home to sixty companies, including a number of prestigious multinationals. The Wilton Centre provides a range of quality spaces for small and large meetings as well as corporate seminars and training events, all available to both tenants and non-tenants. The 125 seat lecture theatre is the perfect setting for creative presentations and benefits from state-of-the-art audio visual technology and a fitted stair lift for easy access. Adjoining the Lecture Theatre is a flexible Exhibition Area - ideal for large scale receptions, presentations, workshops and training events. Fully furnished, the area offers comfortable seating for up to 70 delegates.
