Cancellation Fees Notice of any cancellation, postponement or reduction in numbers must be made in writing and the following fees will apply: Cancellation of function rooms will attract fees calculated as follows: Cancellation prior to thirty (30) days before the event will incur a charge to the equivalent of 30% of the total estimated Function charge. Cancellation between thirty (30) days to fifteen (15) days before the event will incur a charge to the equivalent of 50% of the total estimated Function charge.
