Aiterbach Seminar & Freizeit possède une maison avec son grand parc, qui est aujourd'hui l'un des plus beaux domaines du Chiemsee. Elle était autrefois la résidence d'été de la famille Zumbusch-Riemerschmid, célèbre famille d'architectes et d'artistes munichois. Les chambres à l'architecture élégante situées au bord d'un lac amoureux de la nature offrent une ambiance unique qui transporte les clients dans un monde d'inspiration.
