Swinton Park is a luxury castle hotel set in 200 acres of parkland, lakes and gardens. The castle is surrounded by a wider 20,000-acre estate in which guests have access to rivers, reservoirs, moorland, dales and the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Lavishly furnished, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy a stately home experience, combining the traditional warmth of a family home with all the modern creature comforts of a contemporary hotel. The hotel offers 42 exclusive guest rooms, and 3 sumptuous cottages. The function rooms at Swinton Park cater for a wide range of events, functions and parties. From a board meeting in our Panelled room to a company presentation in the Library (seating up to 120), we are able to offer top of the range facilities, within the splendour of our traditional surroundings and superb location. We also offer a myriad of team-building activities, delivered by Live for Today. From archery and axe throwing to cookery classes and escape rooms, there is an extensive offering for activities. Swinton is also home to the Bivouac. Home to the rustic tipi, 6 tree lodges and 7 meadow yurts, it is a piece of ‘off-grid heaven.’ The Bivouac offers the ideal location for a detox retreat, providing a feeling of space and tranquillity in a truly natural environment. Situated on the edge of the moor and nestled into the shelter of the Druid’s Temple plantation, ir is a destination with unparalleled views and scenery.

Climb aboard our classic yacht and take in Seattle’s waterfront views of beautiful Lake Union and adjoining waterways. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
