Le Château de Varillettes est situé à une lieue de Saint-Flour, niché dans un paysage verdoyant et vallonné, le château de Varillettes borde champs et de bois et semble surveiller les collines vallonnées de la Margeride. Datant du XVe siècle et construit à l'origine comme donjon, ce manoir connaît aujourd'hui une nouvelle ère. Elle a su préserver le charme de son authenticité en restaurant le décor minimaliste et sobre de son époque. L'hôtel se compose de plusieurs chambres entièrement meublées et dotées de divers équipements.
