Salamanque, capitale culturelle de la vallée du Duero, abrite cette magnifique station viticole dont l'histoire remonte au XIVe siècle. Cet ancien monastère dominicain, où Cristóbal Colón a séjourné avant de découvrir l'Amérique, est aujourd'hui un Wine Hotel & Spa situé au-dessus du fleuve, avec 40 chambres recréant les anciennes cellules dominicaines et doté d'installations conçues pour que les clients puissent profiter de leur séjour et de l'expérience du vin, de la gastronomie et de la nature.
