Politique d'annulation

Si le présent Contrat est annulé par le Locataire, les parties conviennent que le Hilton/Magnoliya aura perdu les revenus que représente le présent Contrat, ainsi que la possibilité de proposer les installations inutilisées du Locataire à des tiers, individuellement ou dans le cadre d'une tierce partie, et Hilton/Magnoliya engagera des frais supplémentaires pour tenter de revendre son stock. Les parties conviennent que, étant donné que le montant exact de ces dommages sera difficile à déterminer, les clauses relatives aux dommages et intérêts prévues dans le présent Contrat constituent un effort raisonnable de la part des parties pour convenir à l'avance des dommages que le Hilton/Magnoliya subira en raison d'une annulation.
