Raffles City Convention Centre is strategically located in the heart of the city's business, historical, cultural and shopping districts, just 20 minutes away from Singapore Changi International Airport (SIN). The Convention Centre is also connected to hotels, Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford. With a single point of contact, you will have access to 34 meeting venues, 2,030 guest rooms and suites, 12 award-winning restaurants and bars and a 50,000 sqft. spa. Also, each Singapore Flyer capsule is about the size of a bus and can carry up to 28 people. Passengers are able to walk around and enjoy the views outside without feeling any movement or vibration at all. In contrast, due to its reliance on gravity which helps in keeping its carriage balanced, the carrying capacity of the ferris wheel is usually limited to about 8 passengers.
