L'hôtel Vandivort est situé au 305 E. Walnut à Springfield, dans le Missouri. Avec 97 chambres, dont 22 suites et 2 suites haut de gamme, l'hôtel Vandivort a été conçu pour répondre aux besoins des clients de l'extérieur et des habitants à la recherche d'un « séjour » ou d'un espace de divertissement. Avec des débuts modestes en tant que bâtiment historique existant, la structure réaménagée comprend des espaces uniques et une variété d'éléments de conception individuels. Les clients trouveront un large éventail de chambres haut de gamme pour répondre à leurs goûts et à leurs préférences, avec la possibilité de faire de chaque séjour une expérience hors du commun. Les chambres uniques de l'hôtel Vandivort sont réparties sur deux bâtiments : l'Historic, une structure centenaire réaménagée qui était autrefois un temple maçonnique ; et le V2, qui se trouve à quelques pas du bâtiment d'origine. Situé au cœur du centre-ville de Springfield, dans le Missouri, à l'angle de Walnut Street et de Robberson Avenue, l'hôtel Vandivort sera le premier hôtel du centre-ville à profiter de l'accessibilité à pied unique du centre culturel artistique, gastronomique et de divertissement de Springfield. Ce boutique-hôtel indépendant haut de gamme s'attachera à créer une expérience locale vraiment unique pour ses clients et ses clients. L'hôtel Vandivort accueillera une variété d'événements et proposera un service de restauration complet avec 3 salles de réunion uniques au niveau du hall et un espace événementiel historique de 200 personnes au 4ème étage offrant une vue imprenable sur le centre-ville, un espace idéal pour les mariages, les réunions et les conférences.
