Groupes - Notre objectif est de réserver des blocs de 10 à 60 chambres pour la nuit (on peut les voir un peu plus grands) CORPORATIF : les petits groupes (10 à 30, c'est parfait) sont parfaits. Parfait pour les espaces de réunion et les chambres pour la nuit. SMERF - nous sommes parfaits pour les équipes - seulement 2 types de chambres : chambres king-size avec gigogne et chambres doubles avec 2 lits doubles et gigogne, petit déjeuner buffet gratuit/accès facile à la plupart des sites sportifs locaux/parking gratuit pour les bus Groupes de croisière - emplacement idéal, nous sommes à environ 20 minutes du port de croisière, navette gratuite pour l'aéroport de Tampa (10-15 minutes), forfaits de stationnement étendus, une société de navette (payante) vient chercher les passagers de notre porte au port. GOUVERNEMENT - Immense, à seulement 20 minutes de MacDill, nous sommes dans l'une des zones les plus peuplées avec des restaurants et des lieux de divertissement et plus proche de l'aéroport. Il n'y a pas grand-chose à offrir en dehors de MacDill. Les week-ends à Tampa, surtout hors saison : mi-avril à septembre ont tendance à ralentir, nous pouvons généralement proposer un tarif plus compétitif pendant cette période.
