Notre hôtel est situé dans la zone piétonne en plein centre de Puerto de la Cruz, une commune touristique de l'île de Tenerife. Bien que le bâtiment ait été construit en 1712, il a été entièrement rénové en 1995. L'hôtel Marquesa dispose d'un total de 144 chambres (avec option pour lits doubles king size), toutes avec salle de bain et la plupart avec terrasse.
