L'hôtel Vila Sikaa est un petit hôtel familial situé dans un bâtiment vieux de plus de 300 ans. L'hôtel Vila Sikaa est situé sur l'île de Ciovo, dans sa partie centrale. La vieille ville de Trogir est reliée à l'île de Ciovo par un pont de 150 m de long, soit la distance entre l'hôtel et le centre-ville. Les chambres luxueuses de l'hôtel sont toutes équipées d'un téléphone, d'une connexion Internet (ligne commutée/sans fil), d'une télévision interactive par satellite, de la climatisation, d'un minibar, d'un coffre-fort et d'un sèche-cheveux. Dix chambres doubles sont situées sur les deux étages de Vila Sikaa. La salle à manger peut être utilisée pour organiser des réunions d'affaires, des présentations ou d'autres concepts d'affaires, avec une capacité pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes.
