Le Moli Nou est situé au numéro 20 de Cami Lane à Valence. Le Moli Nou de Gandie est un espace unique pour célébrer leurs mariages et n'importe quelle autre célébration. Il possède un magnifique jardin de style anglais de plus de 7 000 mètres carrés, qui sépare les deux pièces disponibles. D'une capacité de 200 personnes, le moulin est un moulin du XVe siècle doté de plafonds en bois et de murs en pierre.
