Le restaurant Cal Ganxo est situé à Masmolets, un petit village près de Valls datant du Moyen Âge. Cal Ganxo est une maison aux traces gothiques qui préserve son histoire et son pedigree. Sa cave et ses spacieuses salles à manger datent du XVIIIe siècle et sont uniques dans la région. La salle à manger principale est située au cœur de la cave qui est présidée par un pressoir de grandes dimensions et chaque coin où l'on conservait et élaborait du vin et de l'huile de temps en temps. Les autres salles à manger occupent des pièces, des chambres et d'autres pièces de la maison, ce qui en fait un espace idéal pour les groupes privés. De petites adaptations pour offrir le maximum de confort ont été faites en respectant l'authenticité des origines. De cette façon, le client peut profiter d'une cuisine traditionnelle et de son service dans un espace charmant.
