Le Vigo Convention Bureau (VCB) est une fondation dont la mission est de faire de Vigo une ville d'excellence pour l'organisation d'activités de conférence, de tourisme d'affaires et de voyages de motivation, tant au niveau national à court terme qu'au niveau international à moyen et long terme.
La Fondation du Vigo Convention Bureau est organisée comme un forum de rencontre et de travail entre les professionnels du tourisme de la ville de Vigo et l'administration locale.
