Yes, Q2 FY22 announced elimination of single us plastic (SUP) amenities in guest units by the end of the year.

Yes, All linen is changed at every turn, pillows are in protective sheaths like the mattresses and headboars/soft-surface furniture are sprayed with a fabric disinfectant during turns.
