Autograph Brasserie, part of Marty Grims' Fearless Restaurants, opened in 2016 in the former location of Peppercorn and George's. The building's rich history and French influence framed the inspiration of a concept Grims' had for over 20 years. Featured throughout the restaurant are over 1000 celebrity autographs, music albums, and authentic photographs celebrating those individuals that have impacted popular American culture.

Testa Rossa is the latest concept from Fearless Restaurants. It offers a vibrant, casual Italian-American twist on dishes inspired by Rosalie. Hey there, I'm Jake Schwartz. It's great to meet you! I performed my first magic shows at 2 years old, making my food “disappear” for my parents 3 times per day. I quickly became interested and then obsessed with the moments a magic trick could create. However, not everyone enjoys being “FOOLED” over and over by a kid, so I stopped telling people I was a magician altogether. Growing up I hid my passion from everyone until I learned how to tell STORIES through my magic. Suddenly, people weren’t made to be the FOOL, they were PART of a STORY. Rather than a challenge of “bet you can’t figure this out," I found I could bring people together through personable, engaging, and entertaining magic stories. Now, the mission for every show is "Come Together, Be Amazed, and Change The Game." Jake Schwartz is a professional magician who has won international awards, appeared on television over 65 times, and is best known for performing in 3 World Tours with the most viral sports team on the planet as The Savannah Bananas’ Magician First Base Coach. Jake has been called “The New Face Of Magic” by media outlets across the globe because of his hyper-personable, highly engaging, and high-energy style of magic. Jake has performed for fortune-500 companies, World-Series Champions, A-list celebrities, and for sold out MLB stadiums and hit TV shows.

When the members of North Dakota Farmers Union (NDFU) began talking about the future, they sought to provide a restaurant brand where consumers would benefit from a direct link to the source of foods cultivated on American family farms. And Farmers Restaurant Group was born. As we watch much of the restaurant industry cut labor costs and offer foods with additives to extend shelf life, we’re doing the opposite. We continually look for opportunities to add value to all our ingredients. We source pure ingredients in order to cook, mix, and bake our food and beverage items from scratch, in-house, every day, all while honoring American family farmers and their hard-earned bounty.

Our 12,000 square foot shop paired with our experienced crew allows us the opportunity to expertly execute a myriad of unique designs and projects. Our clients can rely on us to provide custom designs for any venture, from studio photography sets, events, retail and showroom displays, trade show booths, video and film scenery, gallery builds, pop-up locations and runways. Originating from ReadySet Inc. in New York City, an industry leader since 1997, we embody the passion and commitment necessary to meet our client's unique needs. Our clients are encouraged to inspect their jobs in our shop to get a hands on feel of the scale and specific scenic elements.
