Goedgedacht is a very beautiful old Cape Dutch farm situated on the slopes of the Kasteelberg, just 87km North West of Cape Town. The farm was one of the first allocated to the “Free Burgers” in 1704 and is steeped in the history of the old Cape Colony. We have 71 beds ranging from bridal suite, twin bedded with private bathrooms through to twin bedded with shared bathrooms to comfortable dormitory accommodation. The Farm House (Maximum 50) and the Barn Conference Hall (Maximum 80) are suitable venues for celebrations. We offer a choice of space to suit the size and shape of your meeting. Starting with a conference hall which can hold up to 100 people to smaller rooms for groups of 20 - 30.
