Inspiré par ses voyages et sa passion pour la culture italienne, le chef exécutif Mychael Bonner a créé un vaste menu de plats italiens utilisant les ingrédients les plus frais pour créer les saveurs les plus complètes afin de proposer des pizzas et des pâtes faites maison et artisanales, ainsi que des steaks de première qualité et des plats de poisson frais à la table. L'espace de fête privé du restaurant est chaleureux et décontracté, avec des tables en bois, des colonnes en cèdre brut et des effets de lumière chaleureux. Pouvant accueillir de 8 à 48 personnes, les espaces dégagent une atmosphère intimiste et proposent un large choix de plats italiens rustiques préparés dans la cuisine du Saranello.
