CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation occurring during the following time periods prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the following amounts will be due plus applicable government taxes: • 0 to 90 days, ninety percent (90%) of Room Night and seventy percent (70%) of Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue • 91 to 180 days, eighty percent (80%) of Room Night and fifty percent (50%) of Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue • 181 to 365 days, fifty percent (50%) of Room Night For purposes of calculating the time periods above, the first day prior to arrival shall be the day before the first night included in the contracted pattern set forth above.
