Politique d'annulation

Les politiques d'annulation peuvent varier. Si un client souhaite annuler une réservation, le dépôt est remboursable si un avis est reçu 72 heures avant le jour de l'arrivée et si un numéro d'annulation est obtenu. Cependant, une telle annulation ne doit pas modifier, libérer ou annuler les obligations du Groupe en matière d'attrition et/ou d'annulation en vertu du Contrat et toute chambre annulée sera considérée comme une chambre « non utilisée » à ces fins.
