Pendant la saison estivale, le Winter Park Resort propose 14 chambres pouvant accueillir des groupes de 25 à 600 personnes. Située au pied de la montagne, la station West Portal est la plus grande installation disponible pour la saison estivale. Deux propriétés en copropriété se trouvent à distance de marche des sites et sont situées au cœur du village. Des espaces de réunion et des chambres supplémentaires sont disponibles au Vintage Hotel (saison estivale et hivernale), situé à l'entrée du Winter Park Resort.

Le Vintage Hotel est le cadre idéal pour les groupes d'hiver qui ont besoin d'un espace de réunion. L'espace de réunion Vintage Timbers est une grande salle qui peut être divisée en deux espaces privés.
