L'établissement s'est agrandi en 1997 avec l'ouverture d'un centre de congrès ultramoderne attenant offrant une vue panoramique sur le centre-ville de Worcester. Le complexe, décrit comme un joyau architectural, a ajouté 50 000 pieds carrés d'espace d'exposition, 11 salles de réunion, une salle de bal de 12 144 pieds carrés (la plus grande du centre du Massachusetts) et une cuisine ultramoderne.
