Le Crowne Plaza Xi'an est situé dans le plus haut bâtiment de Xi'an, la tour Shaanxi Xinxi, qui constitue un choix haut de gamme pour les voyageurs d'affaires et de loisirs. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un accès facile au quartier central des affaires et bénéficie d'un emplacement central sur le deuxième périphérique sud, entre la zone de haute technologie (Gaoxin) et les remparts de la ville, permettant ainsi d'accéder aux sites historiques intéressants de Xi'an. Notre hôtel compte 312 chambres et suites, dont des chambres situées au niveau du club. Nous possédons 3 restaurants et un salon dans le hall. L'hôtel dispose de salles de réunion et d'événements complètes. La grande salle de bal est l'une des plus grandes avec une superficie de 1 740 mètres carrés et est dépourvue de piliers avec une hauteur de plafond de 10,5 mètres.
