Soucieux de l'originalité, de la plus haute qualité et de l'hospitalité authentique, le CERVO invite ses clients à découvrir un environnement naturel impressionnant et à trouver un coin d'eux-mêmes. 54 chambres et suites, sept lodges, chacun un petit monde qui lui est propre. Qu'il s'agisse d'une station de base moderne pour des expéditions dans les montagnes de Zermatt ou d'une suite avec spa privé, chaque client trouvera sa place au CERVO. L'Ātman Mountain Spa combine le meilleur des traditions internationales en matière de bien-être : séances de méditation et de coaching, soins exquis, bain de vapeur aux herbes locales et onsen offrant une vue imprenable sur le Cervin. Dans les trois restaurants Madre Nostra, Bazaar et Ferdinand, l'accent est mis sur les créations locales de saison, enrichies de saveurs d'ici et d'ailleurs. Des événements privés sont organisés dans le bar caché Grapes & Juniper, tandis que pour l'après-ski, vous pouvez vous retrouver sur les terrasses juste au bout de la piste pour écouter des DJ et écouter de la musique live. Tout au long de l'année, le CERVO organise également divers événements et festivals centrés sur la nourriture, les boissons, la musique et la culture. Le complexe comprend également l'Overlook Lodge pour des vacances décontractées dans un appartement et le Schali Lago, lieu incontournable de l'été sur le lac Schalisee, qui propose des installations de wakeboard et un bar proposant des classiques du CERVO au menu. Le CERVO Mountain Resort est membre du réseau international de voyages de luxe Virtuoso et possède la certification Platinum du principal label de durabilité pour les fournisseurs d'hébergement suisses, ibex fairstay.
